Training & Work Schedule: This role requires 100% flexibility. As an 'entry level' crew member, your schedule will be a variable roster that includes 'day time' and 'night shift' (red-eye) flights, 'weekend shift' assignments, and all public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Alaska Airlines offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $39,000 to $60,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
