- Arrivals & Baggage Assistance: Provide immediate, on-site support in the baggage claim area for arriving flights. You will expertly utilize tracking software to locate delayed bags and process damage claims with exceptional empathy and professionalism.
- Cross-Functional Support: Because you are fully cross-trained, you will step in wherever the operation needs you most during peak travel times, acting as the ultimate utility player in our terminal operations.
